Carter Printing History

William O’Neill survived Mr. Conway and continued to operate the business until his death in 1949.
At that time the company was purchased by Donald Hoyt who was Mr. O’Neill’s son in law and who  worked for the company since 1944.  Don and his wife Dolores continued to operate the business till her retirement in 1969 and his death in 1977.

Don’s son Ronald Hoyt started working for the company part time in 1962 and joined the company full time in 1967 when the company was incorporated.  Ron’s son Scott and daughter Stacey started with the company is 1985 and 1989.  Ron’s wife Judy worked with the company form 1995 until her retirement in 2008.

The physical plant was enlarged in 1986 and 1989.  Now employing a full time staff of 15 Carter Printing is poised to provide whatever types of graphic services are needed far into the future.
